Is this something that we have in Ammurrica? I know we have Tempura and fried Ice Cream (Ginza on Beacon St./Chinatown makes a delicious version by the way), and I certainly know we have Sushi. Yet, is Colombia the only place where you can find tempura fried Sushi. Readers/Marisa: please let me know. If we do in fact have it in the states, why didn’t I get the memo? It was delicious.
